why i call it snow white cheesecake? cause it's sooo white without any topping (sebenaunya tak pandai buat topping lagik) i didn't use a proper cake tin so the sides of the cake is not smooth
actually i tak puas hati with the texture cause i think i over beat it tapi tak perrr nanti kita try lagi...ginipik ramai
tak smooth at all the texture

taste wise mcm german cheesecake seswai buat oreo ck mcm SR tu yg aku musykil camne ck ni bleh putih mcm snow? putih gilerrrrr...hang guna clorox ke vanish tepi kek sng je kasi licin. dip spatula dlm warm water & lap n lalukan kat tepi kek tu..maka licin lah ia...
ha'ah mmg putih semacam...terlebih cream kot...kat lmc ada cheesecake pan rm15++ sesuai utk chiiled ciskek, beli siap dgn plastik keras rm1, boleh pakai dan basuh,..boh plastik ni tepi pan, bila kek dah siap, bukak ajer...mmg licin...
